Kollade mina anteckningar från -06. Subbade en hel del och ändå inte särskilt bra tid...:

Had to modify a bit. Did:
25 Walking lunge steps - in place instead.
20 Pull-ups - kipping
50 Box jumps 20inch - 15 inch box
20 Double-unders - 40 normal jumps(to easy)
25 Ring dips - regular dips
20 Knees to elbows - as rx'd
30 Kettlebell swings - 1 pood(16kg)
30 Sit-ups - as rx'd
20 Hang squat cleans - 20kg barbell
25 Back extensions - as rx'd
30 Wall ball shots - 3kg ball
3 Rope climb ascents - 20 towel pullups

Total time 16:58
